About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of gogoglossaz.com and to quotes and services provided by Go Go Gloss LLC ("Go Go Gloss," "we," "us"), a licensed Arizona contractor (AZ ROC #368402). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. If your project has a signed estimate or contract, that document controls wherever it differs from these terms.

Use of This Website

The information on this site, including pricing guides, blog articles, and product details, is general information only. It is not a quote and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information through our forms.

Quotes and Estimates

• Online price ranges are estimates. Your final price is set in a written quote after we see your surface.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
• Pricing may change if the work needed differs from what was quoted, such as hidden cracks, moisture, prior coatings, or additional square footage. We will talk with you before doing extra work.

Scheduling and Weather

Choosing a date online is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you to confirm. Coatings and sealers need the right temperature and dry conditions, so we may reschedule because of rain, extreme heat, or humidity. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.

Payment

Deposit and payment terms are listed on your written quote. Unless stated otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as allowed by Arizona law.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us access to the work area, water, and electricity on the scheduled day.
• Clear vehicles, furniture, and personal items from the area unless we agree otherwise.
• Keep people, pets, and vehicles off freshly coated or sealed surfaces for the cure times we give you.
• Let us know about known issues such as drainage problems, moisture, or prior coatings.

Warranty

Warranty coverage and length depend on the service and products used, and are stated on your written quote or contract. Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, impact, hot tire pickup on non-rated systems, chemical spills, settling or cracking of the underlying concrete or base, standing water, efflorescence, or normal wear.

Results and Appearance

Color and finish can vary based on the age, condition, and porosity of your surface. Photos and samples on this site show typical results, not a guarantee of an identical look. Coated and sealed surfaces can be slippery when wet. We offer anti-slip additives, and you are responsible for normal care once the work is finished.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Go Go Gloss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Arizona law that cannot be waived.

Arizona Registrar of Contractors

Go Go Gloss LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, license #368402. Contractors are licensed and regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). Questions or complaints may be directed to the ROC at roc.az.gov or (877) 692-9762.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logo, and design of this website belong to Go Go Gloss LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
